Delivery from Spain within 6 calender days. Excellent. No duties of course, since shipment inside EEA. Camera simply inside its oen package and wrapped in thinnlayer of plastic foil held in place with tape. No damage or dents in transit. Product looks like in the description. It arrived a little later than normal time. It works well with Hikvision NVR. You have to change the ip address properly. You can only manage camera with Internet Explorer. Also install unwanted Active X plug-in. Username and password provided by seller works, I changed this right away. Camera does its job well but gets very hot in these winter days. I am afraid that the summer times will be hot and I hope this will not damage the camera. I think with interpolation, the image is upscaled to 4K. Maybe it got too hot? Housing is robust metal. Microphone sound is not high enough and you cannot adjust it in your own menu. It looks like original Hikvision cameras as view and characteristic. Well, same ColorVu camera at Hikvision around 130 €! That's half the price.

Хорошая, годная камера. Но описание корявое - ip по умолчанию НЕ 12.168.1.64 Качайте Hikvision SADP. Меняйте ip на свой поддомен.

За эту стоимость достойно. Брал самые дешёвые по 2 мегапикселя. Из шести штук, одна камера пришла к косяком. Продавец был вежлив и старался помочь. По итогу продавец предложил вернуть бесплатно одну камеру, взамен на новую или возврат денег. Но я смог её перепрошить по tftp и она ожила. Короче, продавца рекомендую. Камеры тоже нормальные. Сборка качественная. Если вам наблюдение для дачи, то смело берите дешёвые по 2мп.

The camera came pretty fast. It fits the description and works great. It cannot be connected using media port 34567. It can only be connected via port 80 via onvif. I like administration via http where important parameters can be set. It can actually do 5MPix via a DVR recorder. It cannot face detect via DVR. Night vision is sufficient. I couldn't shoot with it manually. Is it either locked up somewhere or can't it? I didn't get a 12V power adapter so it will either come later or not. Overall, I'm happy with the camera. Too bad it can't PTZ, MicroSD cards and connect via media port 34567 like older models of IP cameras. After prolonged operation, the camera heats up a bit and it could matter in the summer when they are hot outside. But otherwise I recommend to everyone! Super 5MPix Camera with Hikvision protocol.
